Surplus food can occur in your business for a wide range of reasons

We can accept a whole range of food; long-life ambient products to fresh and frozen produce.

Any food that is donated to us must be in date and be labelled with any USE BY or BEST BEFORE dates, and all allergens. We cannot accept food that has gone past its use by or best before date, unlabelled or unpacked prepared food.

We do not accept public donations directly into the warehouse, but we do have collection points located in several Tesco superstores

• Tesco Market Weighton
• Tesco Bridlington

This food is collected by our volunteer drivers, brought back to the warehouse to be sorted and is put onto the system for our members to order.

We currently receive food donations from hundreds of different suppliers. Here are a few examples of food businesses who regularly send food to us, both locally and nationally.
