FareShare Hull & Humber is run by The Goodwin Development Trust.

It redistributes surplus food from the food industry to more than 170 organisations throughout the region – with more signing up every day to become Community Food Members (CFMs). This means that FareShare Hull and Humber’s network of CFMs is now feeding more than 20,000 people who are directly affected by food poverty.

FareShare Hull & Humber is part of the national FareShare network which in 2019/20 contributed more than 24,074 tonnes of food to over 10,962 charities and community groups that in turn provide over 57.3 million meals to vulnerable people.

FareShare also helps the environment by minimizing the amount of food sent to landfill and helping businesses reduce CO2 emissions.
